Laura and I both love to read, but we hate spending too much money on books, so naturally we are total library nerds. I like to borrow all the spooky books and comics I can read this time of year. The Bone series is a yearly must read.

I've been known to dabble in the art world. I love to draw and I'm pretty much the best I know of. I started drawing Mr. Monsters a while ago. They're pretty much a spooky version of the Mr. Men and Little Miss books that were so big in the 70's. I'd like to submit some of them to the next OMFG! figure series. If I had the means and the know how I'd totally make my own figures.

This was the first year we decorated outside, thanks to the kind donation. Also, who says toys aren't decorations?

ReplyDeleteThanks Eric! These guys were drawn with black Sharpie, then scanned in and colored electronically. It's a very simple, clean look. I sure like it. :)

Mmmmm... Bonilla cereal. LOL. And Mr. Hairy and Mr. Kran are my favorites. Though Mr. Kran looks like he might be up to no good.

DeleteI wanna think up some more monster flavors. Perhaps Creature of The Blackberry or a vanilla/chocolate flavor featuring Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde somehow or U.F.Oh's cereal.
Mr. Hairy's pretty chill. Mr. Kran went all evil though ever since he became a cyclops.
