My Life Square

This week’s assignment from the League: My life in one square foot

Last week, we were lamenting about wasting money, and this week’s challenge for the League of Extraordinary Bloggers is a photo assignment…
Photo Assignment: My life in one square foot.
Arrange items that describe you within a 12″ x 12″ space and take a picture. If you want some inspiration, check out these photos on FlickrAdded incentive: The first person who responds to this challenge will get to select next week’s topic.
Once you put up a post on your site, add a comment below with the URL so everyone knows where to find it. Remember to include links to your fellow League members in your article, along with a League logo and link, so other bloggers can learn how to join in the fun.
Blog karma is a good thing — by cross-posting like this, we will help send each other new readers, and receive a few in return. If you would like to join the League, all you need is a love of pop culture and a blog. Come join the fun, and tell your friends!

I've been a busy bee lately, working 2 jobs. Direct sales mornings and retail nights. So, I could include sticky notes, pens, neckties, and big ol' binders in my 12x12 snapshot; but that's no fun!!! So, instead here's the fun, happy go lucky version of my life in a square foot.

I just know I'm missing several key items, but oh well. This is a good chunk of my life here. See anything in there that looks familiar? Tell me about it in the comments!

Then go check out the rest of The League's life squares:

  2. Bucky O'Hare and Z-Bots were two totally under-appreciated toylines from the early '90s.

Also, I'm amazed by how many of these I've seen with a Gameboy Color included over any other hand-held "systems". All said, everything is fantastic. Very cool.

    1. So true, and the weird thing is Z-Bots were huge for my brother and I, we had dozens of them; and yet we had not one Battle Beast. Poor Bucky O'Hare was completely overshadowed my TMNT, it didn't stand a chance. I really wish they hadn't cancelled the cartoon, and subsequently the toy line, so soon. There were so many cool toys planned that never got to see the light of day. (http://buckyohare.org/unreleased.shtml)

The Gameboy Color was such a step up from the original. I liked the backwards compatibility with original Gameboy games with some added color and the screen was one heck of a lot easier to see. The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons is, in my opinion, the best Gameboy Color games ever, I loved them. Also, thank you for the kind words! I'm always glad to hear from you!

    1. Yeah, the NES game was hard, especially for a young lad of elementary school age. My friend Nick finally beat that game and it was a sight to behold! He earned my unquestioned respect that day. :D

You totally should start blogging again! I myself haven't had as much time to post as I used to, but I still like to post a little something every now and again. And I think that it goes without saying that I'm not the only one that misses those good old Boo Bobby posts. :)
