Creepmas 2016 Day 7: GPK Book

The wife got me the awesome newish GPK book for my birthday in November!  It has a nice introduction by Art Spiegelman and an afterword by John Pound.  In between are full color pictures of all the original series 1-5 GPK cards!

The book's even on the smallish side, making it feeling like a jumbo waxpack.  The sleeve even has that waxy feel to it!

And now, more CreePeeKay related cards from series 1-5:

NeonMob: Rise of The Virtual Cards

NeonMob is a newish(?) website where you can collect digital art in the form of virtual wax packs. When you join NeonMob you can grab free packs everyday.  There is also the option to spend "credits" to get more packs each day, but there's no way I'm spending real cash monies on virtual cards!

Unfortunately, no one can be told what NeonMob is.  You have to see it for yourself. Check out my card collection HERE.

Some of my favorite card series include:
Vintage Kenner-portraits of vintage 3 3/4" Star Wars figures.

Space Colony

Mythical Pet
Confictura
Madballs

Madballs Series 1: Slobulus

Happy Valentine's Day from GPK!

I was going to share these for Creepmas 2015, but it just didn't happen. Fortunately, these are rather fitting for Valentine's Day, especially since it's still a cold, dark, depressing winter here in Salt Lake City. Gotta love that smog I tells ya!

HappyValentine's Day!

Creepmas Day 11: The Garbage pail Kids Animated Series: Chris Messin' August

No Creepmas celebration is complete without GPK cards!  CHRIS Mess/SANTA Clod immediately come to mind, a timeless classic from the original series; and he's a part of my Dad's GPK collection.

Little did I know that Chris is the main antagonist in an episode of the Garbage Pail Kids Animated Series episode Chris Messin' August.  he even has 2 henchmen, Melton Elton and Yule Tide.  Check it out, the complete episode can be found on Youtube.

Wacky Halloween Packages

Happy Trolloween

I recently acquired a complete set of Trash Can Trolls via trade from my friend @twan2330 on Instagram. He's all about them bootleg toys, check out his Instagram page, it's amazing!

Trash Can Trolls were produced by Topps, the same people that brought us Garbage Pail Kids. They were hoping to rival the success of GPK, but we all know that didn't quite work out and we were left with 43 TCT characters, each with one alternate name, much like GPK cards. It's a great series and I highly recommend it! I hope to one day soon snap pictures of every card, front and back, and post to my Flickr account. I will post a link once I get around to it. For now, here are some of the more Halloween themed TCT cards. Although, to be honest, just about all of them are Halloween worthy.

This guy isn't even real, and I feel so sorry for him!

I love all the ads and coupons that are included on the back side of these cards!

Who's your favorite TCT?  Do Trolls creep you out or do you love their little faces?
